As per last year statistics, the closing rank of allotment for general category students was around AIR 10000-10500.

This year as well the closing rank can be expected near to this only and allotment will be done.

Cut offs for general category students are the highest and due to which no much difference will happen.

Since the allotment list have been recently uploaded for the 2nd round counseling, so it is bit difficult to say about the cutoff for the 2nd round counseling, but according to last year's cutoff and allotment the cutoff for the second round is a bit low them 1st round but still it will be near to the first round's allotment. So you can take a difference off about 1-2k in the rank and evaluate your rank accordingly.
