The cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors such as No. of candidates appeared for the exam, Difficulty level of the exam, Performance of the candidates etc.

However a rank of around 6,000 can fetch you the seat in IGIMS and a rank of around 7,000 can fetch you the seat in DMCH under All India Quota seats.
