Dear aspirant it depnds on you what is your goal bachelor of Pharmacy is of four years.  By this you will gain broad range of knowledge about medicine .  I would personally suggest you that by doing bachelor of pharmacy you can increaee your chances of job . Diploma of Pharmacy is of two years . By doing this you will be eligible to be a compounder. But by doing bachelor of Pharmacy  from a good government college  placements are also provided by the college institutions so you will be benefitted by that.
