You can't compare two courses and say one of them is better than the other. Bpharm and BSc botany, both are really good courses with varying scopes. From, employability point of view, B pharm is slightly better as it will open a lot of industrial opportunities for you as soon as you graduate. BSc Botany is not as employable but if you take the right courses and internships, you will be able to find a good job. BSc botany offers more scopes for higher studies and PhD in future if you are really interested. So, what is better is an extremely subjective thing. Think about what you want to do in future and decide accordingly.
