The subject you choose totally depends on your interests.
Pharmacy is related to human body where you will be required for your chemistry knowledge to be very good. After that you can get jobs in hospitals of pharma companies.
Agriculture is totally field based subject. You would be taught plant breeding and a whole lot of plants related topics will be covered. After that you can apply for government jobs such as NABARD or Forest department. They have recently started a separate quota/ position for agriculture honors for which you can apply. Food industries also take up students who are well aware of topics related to food and agriculture sector.

The final decision is yours and depend on your interests.
