It will cost you around INR 12-13 lakhs for the whole course including hostel and mess fee according to standard rates.

But yes this fee structure varies from college to college so if you could tell us the name of particular college you want to know about then we would be able to help you better.

Please tell us about the college you are talking about so that we can help you out with the details you need. If Normal fee will be around 4 lakhs to 15 lakhs in private institutions and in government it will be in-between 50k to 2 Lakhs. As you are saying including all charges it depends on the college you choose, hostel fee including all the charges will be around 40k to 80k.
