I would like to say after 12th BA+LLB 5 years course are offered by different college in different state across india and when we are talking about fees with including hostel charges ,it is totally depends upon college where you wants to take admission but as per your query you not mention any college or universities where you will wants to take admission so it will difficult answer the exact figure of fess ,but most probably Hostel fees is minimum 20K-40K in a year .
