Although  getting government seat depends upon  various factors like number of students appeared in the exam, category, region, state, AIQ rank, state rank,etc. But trend of marks and the cutoff changes every year.

The qualifying marks for sc category is 113 i.e., 40 percentile in neet .

Since you didn't mention the name of your state so it difficult to predict college in accordance with your state rank.
