You don't need mathematics necessarily for Bachelors in computer (BCA) anyway.
Eligibility: Candidates must have completed 10+2 in any stream from any recognised board.

So you just need to fill the application form for colleges in Delhi like in IPU( Indraprastha University) fot BCA, tough you'll have to give an entrance exam for the admission and that will include maths but the maths will be from the topics you've alreday studied till class 10th.
