B.Sc. Computer Science  or  Bachelor of Science in Computer Science  is an undergraduate Computer Science Course. BCA Bachelor in Computer application or we can say it is a smaller part of computer Science .It is also 3 year undergraduate course with practical and theory it is almost same as per BSC in computer science ,So you can purse any of one as per your interest.
