Yes you can take part as a non-local candidate in Telanaga for NEET 85% of the seats will be reserved for local residents of Telangana who have either lived or studied in a region of Telangana for a minimum of 4 years. Non local candidates can avail the rest of the 15% seats.However, local residents will be able to take admission under these seats as these seats are not reserved.As you do not belong to Telangana , you can only opt for private colleges .
