Sitmarhi institute of technology and Gaya College of engineering both are very good for CSE as both hace decent placements and very good internship opportunities for CSE specially.

Nalanda college of engineering has average placement and not nuch recommended for CSE.

SIt however should b eon top priority then Followed by Gaya And Nalanda.
