BCom is merit based course in Delhi University. The eligibility is 40% marks in aggregate but colleges are provided on the basis of cutoff of colleges. The candidate must have completed its 10+2 from recognized board and there is no age bar limit for UG course in Delhi. Gap year would be no bar for admission purpose.
