With the rank you're mentioning I'm afraid you have less chances of getting into Jalpaiguri Engineering college but you can look out for other colleges like

University Institute of Technology, Burdwan
Cooch Bihar Government Engineering college
Government college of Engineering and leather Technology
Purulia Government engineering college

Or any colleges under WBUT.
