As you are not mentioned any category in the question so that directly predicting your chances is not possible but with this rank if you are from general category then you have very less chances in the higher government college of B.V.Sc in Telangana. The cut offs are generally higher than the rank that you get in TS EAMCET. But yes there should chances in some good private colleges and also you have second option of management quota seats too.
