Hey,
Both Bennet University and Amity Noida are good at their respective place. Their infrastructure is good and  both of them  provide good set of faculty members. Both of them provide a perfect ambience for one to grow and learn. Both of them are good choice to pursue B.Tech.  I would advise you to visit both the campuses or interact with the students in order to get a personalized experience and make a choice accordingly.
