Hello,

Bpharm is bachalor of pharmacy. It's field of pharmacy. In many countries, this degree is a prerequisite for registration to practice as a pharmacist. Since both PharmB and PharmD are prerequisites to license in most western countries they’re considered equivalent. Bpharm is 4 years long course and here 8 semesters present. For 1st semester subjects are

  • Pharmaceutical Analysis I – Theory.
  • Pharmaceutics I – Theory.
  • Pharmaceutical Inorganic Chemistry – Theory.
  • Communication skills – Theory.
  • Remedial Biology/
  • Remedial Mathematics – Theory.
  • Human physiology and anatomy I - Theory.

This all are 1st semester subjects. So for important books are -

  • Anatomy and physiology by Ross and Willson
  • Pharmaceutical inorganic chemistry by A I Vogel
  • Pharmaceutical analysis by Vogel.
  • Remedial biology by Gokhale
  • Pharmacetutics I by R.M. Mehta.

These are most important books and easy to learn books for 1st semester.
