Hi Sanjeev,

To create a fundamental basis NCERT Physics, Chemistry, and Biology is good.

NEET is a highly competitive exam attended by many students every year, thus just going through NCERT texts would just make your foundation strong. But the 50 % portion does come from the NCERT texts, but that’s just not enough to crack NEET with flying colors. With other study materials than ncert, aspirant should solve various past year papers at the given time of three hours to improve speed. The paper is of mcq type and speed and accuracy is the key, one could give various mock tests online for free, to access them.

But you could always get some more help from other reference books like:

Biology:

This section contains questions from Botany and zoology. So books regarding that are a must, to be referred.

  • Objective Botany by Ansari
  • Biology Volume 1 and 2 by Trueman
  • Exploring Biology – 2 Volumes by Sanjay Sharma and Sudhakar Banerjee
  • Objective Biology by Dinesh
  • Modern’s ABC for Biology – Part 1 and 2
  • Pradeep Guide for Biology
  • GR Bathla Publications for Biology
  • Medical Entrance Biology – 3 Volumes by Mamta R Solanki and Lalita Ghotik (Target Publications)

 Physics:

It is the toughest part where in the candidate’s conceptual knowledge is put to test in great deal. Here working with just the NCERT Physics textbook won’t be enough.

  • Problems in General Physics by IE Irodov
  • Concepts of Physics by H.C. Verma
  • Objective Physics by DC Pandey
  • Concepts of Competition Physics for CBSE PMT by Agarwal
  • Objective Physics by Prof. Saty Prakash Arya (MTG Publishers)
  • Fundamental Physics by Pradeep
  • Fundamental of Physics by Resnick, Halliday and Walker

Chemistry:

There are 45 questions from Inorganic, Organic and Physical Chemistry with 15-mark question from each part.

  • Objective Chemistry (Volume 1 and 2) by Arihant Publications
  • Organic, Inorganic and Physical Chemistry by OP Tandon
  • Concise Inorganic Chemistry by JD Lee
  • ABC of Chemistry for Class 11 and 12 by Modern
  • MS Chauhan (Organic Chemistry) and N Awasthi (Physical Chemistry)
  • Objective Chemistry – 3 Volumes by S. Dinesh & Co.
  • Objective Chemistry for NEET by R.K. Gupta
  • Practice Books by VK Jaiswal (Inorganic Chemistry)

All the best! Hope this helps.
