For physics, you should have HC Verma Volumes 1&2, Resnick Halliday Walker ( revised by Amit Gupta). If you have time you can also solve University Physics for the JEE.

Chemistry has three sections- physical, organic and inorganic. For physical chemistry you should solve Physical Chemistry by Narendra Avasthi. For organic you can try JEE Organic Chemistry by MS Chouhan. And for Inorganic Chemistry, you can solve Inorganic Chemistry by VK Jaiswal. If you are very interested in Organic Chemistry, you can get yourself a pdf of Organic Chemistry byPaula Bruice because the original book will cost you high 

For Maths, you can practice from Wiley's Mathematics for JEE(Main and Advanced) and from JEE Mathematics by Vikas Gupta and Pankaj Jain.
