I would like to tell you that there are many colleges and universities in India which offers MSc in industrial chemistry.
But if you are willing to enroll in top colleges/University then their minimum eligibility criteria will be 60-75% in graduation.
For 55% in graduation is acceptable in following Colleges or universities

1. Aligarh Muslim University, aligarh
2. Shivaji University, kolhapur
3. Dr SS Bhatnagar University
4. University of Kota
