1-Pursuing Masters(Msc)is the safest option.

2- Civil Services!

3-Management courses

4- Preparation of banking,ssc and other competitive exams.

Be sure to choose a career option in which you can die doing it. If you're doing something only for seeing whether it will be beneficiary or not,you're ruining your time as well as unhinging your future!!

there are vast options available for Bsc medical sciences students

1) you can do MBA for that you have to appear in CAT, XAT etc exams for admission in MBA, which is a 2 year master in business administration course and will open the door for you in the corporate world.

2) you can go for M.sc (clinical anatomy/ clinical physiology/ clinical biochemistry/ forensic/ zoology/botany/ biomedical sciences/ biotechnology etc) which will train you for research and various other jobs in public and private sector.

3) you can prepare for civil services

4) you can go for banking 

5) there are plenty of jobs for BSc grads in state and central govt offices
