The best book is ultimately the NCERT. Make sure yoy are thorough with the concepts of NCERT before referring to aby other book. For reference,you can follow OP Tondon. It has got  really good collection of objective questions plus the concept is really good. Each topic is well explained.

Few of the most recommended  Practise books for
Preparing Chemistry in order to score good marks in NEET are Practice books by VK Jaiswal for inorganic Chemistry, by MS Chauhan for Organic Chemistry and N Awasthi for Physical Chemistry.
Other than that the good books to prepare for Chemistry are The NCERT books of Class 11th and 12th for a good hold in basics of Chemistry and Dinesh Chemistry guide etc.
