UG: undergraduate

PG postgraduate 

These are two different degrees so yes it's pretty obvious that there will be two different exams .

Yes neet entrance are of two type ..

Ug is for undergraduate means for doing mbbs .

Pg is for post graduate that is for specialisation.
.
After ug you have to give pg .
