The cutoff for Institute of Medical Sciences Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi in 2019 through All India Quota was around 656 marks out of 720 for general category. For OBC category candidates, the cutoff was around 647 marks. For SC, ST it was around 572 and 532 respectively. You know the cutoff doesn't stay the same as it depends on various factors. So to be on safe side you must aim to score at least 660 marks in NEET.
