There is only one exam i.e. NEET to pursuing medical courses, NEET UG is conducted as a uniform entrance examination for getting admission into medical courses.

Final admission to BHU is subject to candidates’ rank in NEET UG, seats available and reservation criteria.  According to the admission criteria, it is compulsory for every candidate to appear and qualify NEET in order to get into BHU medical and dental college. Candidates who will successfully complete the BHU MBBS 2021 registration, will only be permitted to be a part of the counselling process. The college doesn't accept any other score.
