Congrats on your marks brother. With this GATE score you can surely get into the top IIT's except IITB.

Now coming to PSU's, Yes, you can get a call for the interview but not from every PSU's as many PSU's consider only below 200 AIR.

There are some PSU's like PGCIL and Power grid which can be tough but other than these you can expect a call.
