Based on 3 factors your rank will be decided i.e as per your ipe and eamcet marks and caste i.e reservation and yours and your friend rank differ because he may score good then you in ipe so even if you got less then your ts eamcet marks , for his marks he got good ipe percentage so he score 66000 and you scored 81000
