Though there aren't many post graduation programmes offered by the IITs, i'll give you an account of all the courses you can opt for after bsc in agriculture(in IITs) :

• Mtech in agricultural engineering, IIT Kharagpur: This is a 2 year postgraduate level degree programme offered by IIT,Kharagpur. Admission is through GATE.
• Mtech in catalysis technology, IIT Madras: This is also an option for agriculture graduates, GATE is the mode of admission.
• Mtech in biotechnology: If you are interested in biotechnology and it's applications, you can opt for this 2 year postgrad course from IIT Kanpur, IIT Madras, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad.
• Agri business management: You can appear for CAT and go for agribusiness management (ABM) . Top institutions offering this course are IIM Lucknow, IIM Ahmedabad etc.
• Some of the IITs are planning on to introduce courses in organic farming and zero budget farming.
