BSc and BCA both are better. BCA has good scope in IT. BCA is a good career option. BCA students can get good Jobs. After successfully passing  BCA course, students can easily find job opportunities in the leading IT companies like Oracle, IBM, Infosys and Wipro, TCS, Capgemini, etc. If you want to go in IT Sector you can choose BCA. If you want to go in research sector you can choose BSc.
