MBBS is a more independent and reputed jobs when  compares to BSC biomedical Science. After the completion of MBBS the choice whether to study ahead is not mandatory but after BSC you will definitely need to pursue your masters in order to gain stability in your life.

MBBS is highly reputed in terms of its service that the BSC Biomedical Science won't be capable enough to provide you. You need to be very wise with this decision as both the courses are goona take a lot time.

I believe MBBS in any way is far better that BSC.
