Depending on your interest you have to choose. Biotechnology is a technical course which leads in a different framework and Operation theatre and Anaesthesia technology lead in a different set up. Both the fields will need a Masters for a stable career. So you should be aware about your interest. Now if you want to go for BSc Biotechnology then you will be more affinity towards research and development and if you go for BSc Operation theatre and Anaesthesia Technology will be a paramedical course in order to work as a sub ordinate to the clinical system.
