There are significant differences between BSC in perfusion technology and BSC in cardiac perfusion technology.

If you work as a perfusionist under a doctor, you will use cardiac perfusion technology. In a cardiac procedure or in any other condition, you can decide things like when to give the patient medications, how much volume is needed, etc. You are a heart perfusion expert.

However, perfusion technology only determines drug quantity and value as well as the degree of drug-drug interaction. You also work in a hospital, but you specialise in all types of perfusion rather than just cardiac perfusion.
