BSC in Cardiac Technology is a 3-year full-time undergraduate course divided into 6 semesters. Cardiac Technologists assist physicians during invasive cardiovascular testing.

BSC in cardio pulmonary perfusion technology is the study of physiology and the pathology of the lungs and the allied respiratory organs of the human body.

BSc Cardiac Technology and BSc Cardiovascular perfusion are both medical degrees, so I would recommend  you should take your time to decide in which prospects you wanna go and then decide because your future career will depend upon each and every decision. So, think and make the best choice.
