Hello,

The admission fee for BSc first-year courses depends on whether you're joining a government or private college, and which state or university the college belongs to. In general, for government colleges, the first-year fee ranges from 3,000 to 8,000 per year. If you're applying to central universities like Delhi University, BHU, or AMU, fees are very affordable. Private colleges or self-financed institutions tend to charge more—between 25,000 to 60,000 annually or even higher, especially in urban areas or reputed institutes. Apart from tuition fees, you might also have to pay registration, lab, library, and exam fees separately.

Also, if you belong to reserved categories SC/ST/OBC/EWS, you might be eligible for fee waivers or government scholarships. If you’re planning to study BSc under CUET or any centralized counselling, the official admission portals will list fee details.

Thanks for your question, and best wishes!
