Both is good in bsc - u will read and write but in b.tech - u will read , write and apply , application part is not more in bsc.

b.e and b.tech are same . as when a college provides u a degree for eg : if a college has more than one degree like engg. , bsc , bba , bcom , .mcom it gives u b.e degree as when compared to iit its only provides u engg. , economics also so it gives u b.tech degree. but the degree doesn't matter ur knowledge does
