The main difference which arises between the foreign universities and indian universities is in the course structure and the methodology of studies. Then be it any course but the difference will always be there.
Although there is not much difference in the course structure apart from the division of theory and practical in both subjects. Computing has more hands on experience based on theoretical knowledge.
In computer science in UK, there are credits and study is from the scratch.
