BSc. in CS and BSc. in IT are very similar to each other but are not the same. The streams have the same job profiles, however in CS you will be learning about programming, subjects related to databases, computer hardware and software. Whereas, in IT you will have subjects related to IT as well as programming. IT is usually known as the sub branch of CS.
