Both IT as well as CS are more or less similar from placement perspectives. IT is more of practical based rather than theory whereas CS will have equal theory and practical part. In other words we can state that IT is a part of CS. Both the domains will deal with hardware as well as software concepts. Both are equally demanding courses.
