Hello

There is an entrance exam for IIT called as Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) through which you can get admission in MSc and further PhD levels. For appearing in this exam you should have your bachelor's degree of the related subject for which you want to go for Masters further.

The exam helds mostly in the month of February for which the early registration is required.
You can appear in the exam during your 3rd year of bachelor's degree or even after it.

Yes you can get any iit for higher studies . But you have to clear gate examination any have to qualify this exam .. or you can also get jam exam  those exam r all india besis exam
