You can apply for ISI (Indian Statistical Institute). ISI is one of the best Institutes in India for Statistics And Mathematics.

The academic fee is very very much low. And Instead of paying a large amount of fee, you get a monthly stipend from ISI (provided you clears its Entrance Exam and Interview).
