Hello Aspirant, 

As you have mentioned that your allocation has been put on hold as your name is in Waiting list.

As soon as the waiting list clears, you will be alloted with a seat in a college for the applied course if any seat remained vacant at that point of time. 

So you must wait for completion of the subsequent rounds so that you will get to know more clearly about your position of getting a seat. 

As you have not mentioned the exam or counselling, so I am not able to help you with how rapidly the waiting gets clear. If you tell me that, I would be helpful in better way.
