On an average, it could be anywhere around 40-50K INR. In case of a Government job, the salary will be based on pay scale and grade.

Both of courses you talked about, are good and have scope in future. But if you asked about, which is better, then medical laboratory technician is little bit better than second one. As it has more jobs and scope in hospital as well as clinics.
