There are various institutes that provide B.Sc Nursing at their campus. The entrance exams like CUET is NOT compulsory for B.Sc while some colleges might require NEET exam qualification.

But majorly the institutions follow a basic criteria that is, you must have passed your 10+2 with PCB subjects along with English as well as aggregate marks above 50%. You can also get admission based on your 12th class marks merit.
