Eligibility for M.Sc in Computer Science inludes B.Sc in either Computer Science or Mathematics related course. As Physics qualifies in this, you can go for it. But some colleges may restrict the eigibility to graduate studies only in Computer science. 

In that case, you can pursue M.Sc in Computer Applications, which just requires a graduate degree in any stream.
