Hello, 

The syllabus for BSc plain sciences and NEET is not exactly same but consists of certain topics which are common in both the syllabuses. The syllabus for Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Zoology will contain certain topics or chapters which are also a part of the NEET syllabus. The syllabus for First Year BSc will be a little advanced version of the already studied topics in 12th standard. 

Overall it can be said that the NEET syllabus and the BSc plain sciences syllabus is not same but contains certain similar topics.
