It would be always better if you choose M.sc over MCA. This is because for Masters of Computer Applications, your basics would not be essentially cleared. So, if the basics would not be strong, you will not be able to perform well in this subject. It would be better to go for M.SC or related science degree because of basic knowledge in these subjects.
