The name of the college you want to peruse for msc biotechnology is not clear. But comparisons between colleges where you want to opt of two different degrees(Btech and Msc in Biotechnology) can not be made.I recommend you to decide which degree you want to persue and have interest in that is either Btech or Msc and then further decide between various college that offer the similar degree.
