BTECH Cut off and JEE Advance Cut off are same or not???

Sorry but i didn't understand by btech cutoff. As we know that jee Advanced cut off is used for Admission in IIT and jee main cutoff is used for nits,IIIT and some government and private collge.mostly allcollge give btech degeeand some give BE but both are engineering

I mean like i have qualified for JEE Advanced but if someone got less marks then cut off he will get admission in BTECH colleges or not
