Yes, btech ece students are eligible for the cpget entrance exam. The application process contains 6 steps and it's complete only when the candidate enter the required primary information including the number of entrance tests to be taken and then the required registration fee is paid via any mode(i.e using debit/credit card and net banking). Once the registration is completed successfully, the candidate will recieve a Reg. Id which allow the candidate  to fill the online application. The application form was available from 29 April 2019 to 30 May 2019(i.e without late fees). And with late fees of 2000 it's extended till June 2019.
