Choose north east NITs.Becuase now a days NIT Agartala and silchar are in top 10 NIT's and are having very good infrastructure as well as environment to study.

But it also depends on what branch you got. If you are getting good branch in MS ramaiah where you are not getting them in north east NITs then go for MS ramaiah.

Both are good depending on what branch you want, choose one.
